Mortgage Assistance and Foreclosure Prevention Program
CCW provides foreclosure prevention counseling to assist the delinquent
mortgagor by developing a repayment plan that is acceptable to both the borrower
and the lender. CCW serves as a liaison between the borrower and the
mortgage holder, mortgage company, and/or their attorneys, negotiating a
work-out plan, a forbearance plan, loan modification plan, extension of the
loan, reinstatement, or deferment of the amount owed. A small fee is charged for
this service.
We are experts in preventing foreclosure and have over the last 15 years or
so helped many people to save their homes. We continue to be members in good
standing with the Better Business Bureau of Central Florida. CCW is
an insured and bonded Florida non-profit corporation.

Debt
Consolidation and Repayment Program
CCW will analyze all unsecured debts for its clients, through a
pre-underwriting analysis. Minimum $3,000 is required of
consumer debt, such as high interest rate credit cards, signature loans, store
cards, and collections. All these are considered eligible unsecured creditors
for consolidation or Debt Pooling.
We negotiate with unsecured creditors for concessions, thus making the
consolidation or pooling of debts easier for the debtor to repay over a period
of no more than 3 to 5 years. This is done through reduced interest rates, over
limit fees or past due charges, so that more of the payment goes to reducing the
balance and not to finance charges.
| All accounts accepted in the program are then marked current without the
past due amounts or late fees paid. The debtor then makes one monthly payment
disbursed to the creditors, which allows the debtor to set the goal of becoming
debt free and avoid any possibility of filing for bankruptcy.
Upon qualification and approval, the debtor receives a copy of the
pre-underwriting analysis showing the debts which are approved for the program
and an approximate monthly payment, as well as the length of the payment term,
and the total savings to the debtor over that period of time. An application
packet is then received by the debtor. When filled out and returned serves
to provide a personal financial report. |

Debt
Negotiation and Credit Repair
 |
The purpose and goal of this service is to assist in dealing with
creditors and collection agencies whose claims for unpaid
amounts remain on the credit report as derogatory accounts. This
has an adverse affect on the individual credit scores when applying for credit.
There is a small fee for this service to acquire, audit, and assist in
explaining the negative items on your Credit Report, as well as negotiate on
your behalf with the existing creditors for a settlement on debts that
are old, past due, or charged off, to remove and/or modify the
negative information being reported. However, if any items are found to be
inaccurate, obsolete, misleading, or cannot be verified, CCW will assist
with the dispute process with each of the major Credit Bureaus reporting
this information. |

Bankruptcy Referral
Bankruptcy may be necessary if all the other options are unfeasible. This is
particularly frustrating to the client because the client was hoping to avoid
bankruptcy. However, if you need to consider bankruptcy, Chapter 7 or Chapter
13, CCW will, of course, refer you an attorney of your choosing from
several who are engaged in the law practice of bankruptcy. |
